Adneoban Injection (Adenosine Injection IP)
Adneoban Injection is a high-quality Adenosine Injection IP, manufactured by J-bains – Quality With Innovation. It is a critical care injectable formulation widely used in hospital and emergency settings for the management of specific cardiac rhythm disorders. The product is formulated to deliver rapid therapeutic action when administered intravenously under medical supervision
Therapeutic Category
Antiarrhythmic Agent
Critical Care Injectable
Indications
Adneoban Injection is primarily indicated for:
Rapid conversion of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) to normal sinus rhythm
Diagnostic evaluation of supraventricular tachycardia
Short-term management of certain cardiac arrhythmias under controlled clinical conditions
Mechanism of Action
Adenosine acts by slowing conduction through the atrioventricular (AV) node, interrupting re-entry pathways in the heart. Due to its very short half-life, it produces rapid onset and termination of action, making it ideal for emergency cardiac interventions.
